What we cover

Warehouse Automation publishes independent reviews, benchmarks, and how-to guides for the warehouse-tech buyer. Our beat spans software, robotics, operations, industries, workforce, costs & roi, statistics.

How we review

Every listicle on this site follows the same criteria framework: deployment scale (we favor systems already running at production scale), integration footprint (does it talk to the WMS/ERP you actually have?), pricing transparency, support depth, and roadmap clarity. We weight criteria differently per category — a security-robot review weights uptime and override behavior heavily; an inventory-software review weights ERP-integration breadth.

Our editorial team

Warehouse Automation Editorial is the editorial group that publishes Warehouse Automation. We work anonymously by design — like most data publishers (BLS, C2ER, Numbeo), our trust signal lives in source-citation and methodology transparency, not in individual bylines.

Sources we trust

BLS OEWS, DOL, OSHA, MHI, ARC Advisory Group, vendor-published case studies (treated as marketing material, not data), and direct manufacturer specifications. We cite primary sources on every claim where it matters.
